This is a modded contract I made using the HCCE tool. You must kill all 22 targets associated with the Liberation cult. Noone else must witness anything or die.

I think it's a very unexplored and rather interesting genre of contracts where you have a huge number of targets located in tight groups together. I played it safe here but generally things can get messy and as long as you kill all the witnesses with no civilians coming to look, you still get that Silent Assassin rating.
